What is “staging in the photograph”?
When you upload a room photo, our AI staging pipeline cleans it up and styles it — adjusts lighting, refines fixtures, removes the half-empty water bottle on the kitchen counter — so the room shows in its best light. The original photo is uploaded alongside, and every photo on the published listing has a one-tap toggle to flip between the two. We never publish the staged version without keeping the original accessible.
Can I upload my own staged photos instead?
Yes. If you've already paid a stylist or you're working with a photographer who delivers final retouched shots, you can use those directly and skip the AI staging step. The toggle still works — upload both the styled and the unedited frame and the listing surfaces both.
What about the AI hero video?
From a single hero photo, the platform can generate a short cinematic video — a slow camera move that turns the still into the opening sequence of the listing. It runs in the background after you publish, and the page swaps in the video automatically once it's ready. You can review and replace it at any time from the dashboard.
What languages does it support?
Every listing renders in English and Hebrew with a one-tap language switch. Hebrew gets proper right-to-left layout, native typography (Heebo / Frank Ruhl Libre), and currency formatting. We require both languages before a listing is published so visitors never hit a half-translated page.
How do buyer enquiries reach me?
Every listing has a contact form. When a visitor submits it, you get an email immediately with their name, message, optional phone, and the visitor's address as Reply-To — so you can reply straight from your inbox. The submission also lands in your dashboard inbox for follow-up. We rate-limit submissions and run spam protection so you don't drown in form noise.
Can I edit a listing after I publish it?
Yes. Everything stays editable from the dashboard — text, photos, spec, hero, languages. Changes show up on the live listing within seconds (we revalidate the page on save). Photos you replace stay in your gallery history until you delete them.
What if I want to unpublish a listing?
One click from the dashboard. The page stops serving immediately and visitors get a 404. You can re-publish later from the same draft, or delete the draft permanently if the property has sold.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet, but the dashboard and listing pages are fully responsive and work in any modern phone browser. The wizard supports uploads from a phone's camera roll directly.
What does it cost?
Beta is free under fair-use limits. See pricing for the post-beta tier sketch — we'll give beta accounts at least 90 days' notice before any billing starts.
Who owns the photos and videos I upload?
You do. By uploading, you grant us a licence to host and serve them as part of your published listing, but the content remains yours. Delete the listing or your account and the licence ends and the files are removed. See Terms of Service §3.
Can I bring my own domain?
Not yet. Listings live under luxurystagehaus.example/l/your-slug during beta. Custom domains per listing are on the roadmap and the schema is already forward-compatible.
How do I get an invite?
Email hello@luxurystagehaus.example with a couple of sentences about the type of property you sell. Beta seats are limited so we can give every agent real attention.
