These Terms govern your use of the LuxuryStageHaus website, dashboard, and tooling (the “Service”). By creating an account, publishing a listing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind any agency or business you represent. By signing up you confirm both.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and any activity that happens under it. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time, which also deletes the content tied to it (see the Privacy Policy).
3. What you publish
You retain ownership of every photo, video, and text you upload. By uploading, you grant LuxuryStageHaus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
- Host, transform, and serve your content as part of the Service (storage, rendering, AI-assisted variants);
- Display your published listing pages and agent profile to visitors;
- Cache the content with our hosting and CDN providers.
This licence ends when you delete the content or terminate your account.
4. Content rules
You may not upload, list, or share content that:
- Infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- Misrepresents the property (false addresses, doctored photos of a different building, fabricated specs);
- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful;
- Includes the personal data of third parties without their consent;
- Attempts to evade rate limits, bypass authentication, or interfere with the Service.
We may remove content that violates these rules and, where warranted, suspend or terminate the account behind it.
5. AI staging and AI hero video
When you opt into AI image staging or AI hero-video generation, your uploaded source images are sent to the configured AI service for processing. The generated outputs are stored in our bucket and shown back to you for approval. You are responsible for verifying the AI output is accurate to the property before publishing it — AI-generated images and videos are an aid, not a guarantee.
6. Visitor contact form
Visitors who use a listing's contact form submit their message to the listing owner. We rate-limit submissions and apply spam protection but make no warranty about message volume, deliverability, or quality. You agree to handle visitor messages in compliance with applicable consumer-protection and privacy laws.
7. Beta / fair-use limits
During beta we apply per-account limits (currently 50 live listings, daily caps on AI staging and hero-video generation). We may adjust these limits to keep the platform stable. Excessive use that degrades the Service for others may be throttled or paused.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity. Termination ends our licence to use your content and deletes your stored data (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxuryStageHaus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) ILS 500.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold LuxuryStageHaus harmless against claims arising from content you publish, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
